to effortlessly raise money for
your school or organization
We love to do what Burien does best—give back to our communities! Support local nonprofits and schools while you shop at Page 2 Books.
We now offer an ongoing fundraiser through our fundraising program, Partner with Page 2. We will donate 15% of your sale in the store or through a school or nonprofit partner's custom book ordering site to any partner you choose (see list below!).
How does it work?
To credit your sale to one of our partners, simply mention them in the store at checkout or via their custom ordering site, listed below, and have books the books shipped. Pro Tip: Some of our partners have wishlists on their ordering site, so you can ship your double donation—the books AND the 15% match from Page 2—to the school or nonprofit of your choice.
Each quarter, we will tally sales made through in-store mentions and via each partner’s custom ordering site, calculate 15% of those sales, and send a donation check to that school and organization. It’s that easy for you, us, and our partners.

Who is Page 2?
Page 2 Books, located in downtown Burien, offers thousands of book titles, puzzles, toys, games, cards, jewelry, t-shirts, and activities for all ages. Since 1989, Page 2 Books has proudly served the Burien community through in-store browsing and shopping, author reading and signing events, book clubs, and space for Burien to do what it does best—build community.

How does the partnership work?
You may be familiar with Amazon Smile, where patrons can first select a school/organization through the Smile website. Amazon then donates a small percentage of sales made through the Smile website to the selected school/organization.
Page 2 offers a similar program but keeps it local and independent. In fact, it may be the first independent bookstore to offer this kind of partnership! Page 2 will donate 15% of all purchases made through a customized website to partnering Burien-area schools and organizations.
This is a great opportunity to work collaboratively with Page 2 to offer a fun, easy way to increase donations to your school/organization (and empower the good work your organization does in our shared communities) while at the same time supporting a small Burien business.

What does the partnership look like?
Page 2 will host and manage a customized website, at no cost to your school/organization, that displays your logo and information. Your school/organization then promotes the website to your patrons, (parents), donors, supporters, community members, and well-wishers! Page 2 will then donate 15% of all purchases made through your custom website to your school/organization on a monthly basis.
We ALSO offer 15% back to your school or organization for in-store mentions!

How can your school or organization promote your Page 2-hosted site?
FOR SCHOOLS
Your school can use your custom website for class reading lists, library requisitions, holiday gift suggestions, or even to host book fairs! Your school can post a link to the ordering website in weekly newsletters and promote it on your school’s website.FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Your organization can promote the program and custom ordering site in newsletters to your supporters and on the development/fundraising section of your organization’s website.
